Buying Eyeglasses Online Guide

Our glasses are for single vision only – either reading or distance. They do not include bifocal or progressive lenses. You can add on one or more of the following lenses to fit your needs on the product page for an additional fee.

All of our lenses are anti-reflective and have ultraviolet (UV) protection.

Please note that some lenses are exclusive of others and cannot be used in conjunction with each other.

Lens Type

Poly-carbonate lens

Poly-carbonate lenses are featherweight and are best for impact resistance.

Power range – between +4.00 to -6.00

Aspheric lenses

Same poly-carbonate lens, but with altered curvature. This reduces lens weight, lens thickness, and eye distortion.

Perfect if you want to reduce the “bulging effect” in your glasses.

Power range – between -6.00 to +6.00

High index lenses

High index lens material is best for getting thin, lightweight lenses that reduce eye distortion and allow for an attractively thin profile to the lenses. Additionally, they’re Aspheric which makes High index lenses the thinnest lenses in the market.

Best for high prescriptions.

Power range – between +6.00 D to -10.00 D

Lens Coating

Transition signature lens aka photo-chromatic lens

Transition signature lenses are completely clear indoors and darken automatically outdoors for comfort. They also block blue light. Transitions signature lenses are the fastest to fade back to clear indoors of all the transitions products.
