What information do I need to have before I order?

You’ll need to have your prescription from your doctor in hand, as well as your pupillary distance measurement (PD). If you don’t have your pupillary distance measurement or don’t know it, you can always download the easy-to-use PD Measure app from the iTunes store here.

Please Note: An accurate PD measurement is required in order to make prescription glasses, and Goodwill Glasses will not fulfill your lens order without an accurate pupil distance measurement.

How do I get my prescription to you?

You will be asked to upload a photo of your prescription after you complete the checkout process. We accept .jpg, .jpeg, .png, and .pdf files and maximum file size is 2MB. Please also be sure to include your prescribers contact information when you upload your prescription photo, just in case we need to verify information with your doctor. How much does shipping and handling cost?

All shipping within the US is free.

International shipping will be calculated according to your order.

How do I start a return?

We have a 30-day return or exchange policy for all of our eyewear. If you aren’t satisfied, we can set you up with a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us at info@goodwillglasses.com or call us at 1-888-349-3088.

What about bifocal or progressive lenses?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to fill bifocal or progressive lens prescriptions.
